Most of our artists, editors, and line editors have been with us since our first year of operation (2004/2005), but occasionally someone retires and must be replaced. All editors and line editors are hired from within our proofing pool.

We do take on proofreaders, who work for books, and can request titles from our backlist as well. We then hire our editors and line editors from the proofing pool whenever that need comes along.
